I've been looking at buying Nioxin for awhile and one day I just said what the hell and bought the trail. I can't enough of this stuff! First off my hair has always been oily and lifeless. I've always had thin hair but before my hairdressing career started, I had a lot of it. Over time bleaching, styling and doing everything you can think of to my hair, I noticed my hair had progressively got sparse, my actual ends were snapped and it was just a mess (even though I had cut off majority of my bleached ends off and grown majority of my natura.

Now going into my third bottle my hair doesn't get oily as quick, I have so many new growths coming out, I'm starting to have little bit of volume happening again like I used to. I find it good
I haven't had issues with it and my hair grows at a snails pace so have found it helpful. No bad side effects so ill keep using it. I think its been around a long time so they know what they are doing but i guess it doesn't work for everyone.

Still constant shedding after 8 weeks
I have given this a good amount of time understanding that I was going to have shedding. But the amount of shedding after 8 weeks is far more than I ever had before.. I would NOT recommend this to anyone at this point. I understand cleaning my scalp, but holy cow..

Amazing! Really works and I can see my hair growing back – see photo attached
My hair has always been quite thin, but got even thinner after having my baby. 2 years post-partum, some of it grew back but not all. Then I used Nioxin System 3 – it's only been about 8 weeks and I can already see my hair growing back, especially around my face. I'm so impressed!! I'll definitely keep using this!

Nioxin has caused purulent inflaming wounds on my scalp
I had a problem with a dry and itchy scalp and my hairdresser advised me to try Nioxin system 3. I bought the kit which included shampoo, conditioner and toner. After applying each product on my scalp the feeling was really cooling and relieving as it had a peppermint or some sort of cooling extract.
The minute my hair was dry and done the itching came back with bigger intensity and parts of my scalp which were inflamed before became purulent super painful to touch.
Such a bummer that I had to spend so much money on this trio and now it will stay on the shelf with no use.

helped with thickening ruined texture
I think that this product has helped with regrowth. However after a couple of months my hair is feeling very dry and noticeably frizzy. I usually have very soft curls. I'm not sure what to do other than use yet another product.

Abort abort abort abort
So I have quiet thin hair but I can make it look thicker by not using heat. Anyways I thought I'll give nioxin a try because I wanted to start straight it again and I knew it would get damaged and look thinner. So I bought system 3 and I had such high hopes. My hair started off really soft but no difference it quality But after a good 2 weeks I noticed my scalp showing alot more then usual like to the point it was noticeable it did the complete opposite of what it was meant to do what it says. I have nothing good to say my hair didn't look bad.
Read more it wasn't unhealthy the colour looking good all before I using this and after a month of using the shampoo conditioner and thicking sprays and serum my hair is dry it was very very fine my scalp is no sensitive and I've lost of alot of hair. In just a month and I still have over 80%left. NOTE, I went back to my palmers coconut shampoo and conditioner and leave in conditioner it's all natural not full of chemicals and no word of a lie my hair is back, it's thicker and softer and not as fine. Nioxin is bad im so glad I stopped using it when I did.
