Love the FocusAid by LifeAID beverage company. The 100mg of natural caffeine provide a nice boost and are a great replacement for a cup of coffee. Only 40 calories per can! The yerba mate and green tea are a great combination.

Acetyl-L-Carnitine Hydrochloride
Acetyl-L-Carnitine (also referred to as ALCAR) is one of the most studied and research-backed nootropics around.
