There is a low dose of melatonin, which gives some people night terrors so beware. Since it's a lower dosage, I had very vivid and bizarre dreams but it's definitely worth it in my opinion. It's also not putting you under like drugs like ambien do — if you need to wake up, you can (i tried otc stuff a few years that made me sleep through a fire alarm, not ideal).
