Study Design

In this open‐label, nonrandomized study, eligible subjects under‐went one screening visit, one radiofrequency (RF) microneedling procedure and follow‐up visits on post‐treatment Days 3, 7, 30, and 90. Subjects were instructed to apply one product to the neck for 2 weeks prior to treatment (Regenerating Skin Nectar) and 7 days post‐treatment (Regenerating Skin Nectar). On post‐treatment Day 7, subjects switched to the other product (Restorative Neck Complex) until the end of the study. At each visit, subjectand investigator questionnaires were completed and standardized digital images were obtained.

Subject Improvement Questionnaire:

All (100%) subjects at post‐treatment Day 30 reported an improvement in wrinkles, elasticity, smoothness, skin tone, youthfulness, and overall skin quality. 90% reported an improvement in glow.
Post‐treatment Day 90, all (100%) subjects reported an improvement in elasticity, glow, smoothness, skin tone, youthfulness, and overall skin quality.

100% of subjects were satisfied with the products at post‐treatment Day 90.

What types of results are your patients seeing?

Dr. Jacob: TriHex Technology helps to clear out old, damaged collagen and elastin tissue to leave way for the production of new, healthier skin. This process starts with the first application, but typically it takes three to four months to really start to see results as this area has often been neglected for years. The response from our patients has been excellent. Many of my patients report an overall decrease in the amount of sagging of the neck skin with continued usage. Improvements have been demonstrated at both the cellular and surface levels of the skin, showing healthy new elastin, thicker skin, and an improved barrier protection for improved hydration.

Do you combine it with other products or procedures?

Dr. Jacob: It is an excellent product for daily use and also works synergistically with neck tightening, toning, and pigment reducing procedures. I always have patients use SPF daily on their necks and vitamin A creams on the face, neck, and chest as well. Since the neck skin is different from facial skin in terms of sebaceous structure, I consistently use the Restorative Neck Complex for prepping the skin for non-surgical neck rejuvenation procedures. In addition, I have patients using the product post procedure to enhance and extend their results. I have found it to be both an effective topical treatment when used on its own, and also as part of an ongoing skin care regimen. I recommend that it be used twice a day—morning and evening—starting on the décolleté and applying with upward strokes toward your jawline.

This neck and chest cream really works. A light, a most mousse-like texture goes on easily and really helps my neck not look so wrinkled and old. I wish I could get a bigger jar so I didn’t have to repurchase as offer. But I love the product.
