I am a 63-year-old. For years Ginkgo Biloba has been intermittent; the effects I’ve noticed are: I have not changed my diopter for many years, I feel good in general and I have a good night’s sleep. Nice post but the thing is I’m not a fan of herbs, I see people take herbs for different purposes but believe me I don’t see it as anything.
