Fat burners are always subject to mixed opinions, especially in a country like India. Some people will tell you to take it and some people will just try to scare you by telling really horrible stories related to the side effects of fat burners. Anyways, whether or not you should take fat burner and how is a discussion of another day. I recently tried the Liquid Clenbutrx by VPX and here is my review of it.

I’m reviewing VPX’s liquid Clenbutrx which I took around 2 hours ago, prior to my workout and now that I’m back home, I’d like to give my immediate first hand review.
Package: Clen comes in a nice looking package complete with VPX blue and red colours and a handy 6 ml oral syringe to make the product look more hardcore. I like it.
Ingredients: Looks good, a lot of fat burning, metabolism revivng, ass kicking ingredients. I like it.
Price: I paid around 33 bucks for it. I’m not in the States though.
Taste: This is what my mini review is ultimately about. well taste and also performance. Clen has a reputation for tasting rather lousy and whoever said it tastes like ass..is prob right. I have never tasted ass so I have nothing to compare but yes it does not taste good. I can describe the taste as cough syrupy. Ok, I have tasted a lot of nasty stuff in life and I’m willing to forgive the momentary gag but what I disliked was the burning after taste. Yup the stuff does burn in your throat and the after taste takes a while to leave. Ok, I’ll live with it. What I really really disliked was that anything I drank aftwards (for the next 45 minutes – 1 hour) tasted like crap as well!! I of course drink water during my workouts and my water tasted so bad! But I took it in stride.
Performance: Well, since this was the first dose, of course the performance can be suspect (perhaps placebo effect) and I will definately update my review in a week’s time. All in all, a 3ml dose did not give me any amazing burst of energy or ass kicking performance. I did not feel anything volcanic inside or anything out of the ordinary (in terms of “feeling” something). However, I did have a clean energy throughout my workout. Normally after my workout I feel tired and out of energy but with Clen I felt like I had enough in my gas tank to keep on working out. Basically I recharged faster than normal.I can only compare this feeling to LG’s Power Train (if any old timers still remember). I just felt like going on and on. Even now I could prob go back to the gym and keep on lifting whereas normally I’m so bushed I just want to lie down.
Overall: I don’t have anything negative to say apart from the taste but that’s a minor point to me at least. I can live with it. I’d like to say I’m content and I will definately report back in a week’s time to give a more fair assesment. I’m especially keen on trying Clenbx during my cardio days.
