Lately, my skin has been behaving really odd and it felt so stretchy and dry, and that’s when this product came as a rescuer to me at this time. Let us get into the review to know about the details of this miracle in a bottle!

My Experience with It’s Skin Hyaluronic Acid Moisture Serum:

The bottle comes in cardboard packaging which contains all the information regarding the serum.
The serum comes out totally white in colour which turns transparent once you start blending. It has a really soft texture and it is very easily blendable. One pump of this serum is enough for the entire face. The consistency of the product is very light, it is neither heavy not runny. It gets absorbed beautifully in the skin. It feels really soft on the face and imparts an instant glow as soon as it touches the skin. The glow stays there and your skin only turns better as the day moves on. It is almost fragrance free with only slight notes of a cold cream to it, which makes it great for acne-prone skin.
I am definitely going to use this serum up to the last drop. It blends beautifully and is great to use under sunscreen or makeup. It is great to be used in your night-time skincare routine; however, if you wish to use a product with hyaluronic acid during the day, then one should apply sunscreen religiously. This product is very moisturising on its own however one can apply any cream over it for extra hydration and it’s not going to bother your skin at all. Hyaluronic acid also has anti-aging properties in it.
I can definitely see changes in the texture of my skin from just first few days of use. It has made my skin so soft and visibly smooth and overall the hydration given by this product really lasts even if I skip using it for a day or two which is enough to prove its effectiveness. I can also see my pores shrinking and my skin so much more plump. I use this twice a day and one can also go up to three pumps with this product and it won’t make your skin greasy at all. Grab yourself a bottle, you’ll be glad you did!

Hi guys! I’m sorry for not posting in awhile. Work has been crazy lately. The Memebox Pop Up Shop is closing in about 6 days, which I’m sad about. I’ll write my experiences about that quite soon!
Anyways, this first impressions going to be on the It’s Skin Hyaluronic Acid line! I only have the toner and the serum. I believe there is an emulsion as well, but I never bought it.
It’s Skin Hyaluronic Acid Moisture Toner & Moisture Serum

However, I bought the serum on Memebox a few months ago, and the toner was purchased at K-Pop Beauty in San Francisco.
Claims of the Line:
– Gives plenty moisture to the skin and gives clear skin. Works for all skin types.
:black_medium_square: My Skin Type: Slightly oily/dehydrated, with some dryness(thank you SF weather).
They both come in frosted glass bottles. They look and feel like high quality packaging. I personally don’t find them travel friendly since they’re a bit heavier.
I’m iffy on the packaging of the toner because it doesn’t dispense product as easily. That could be a good thing though because I won’t necessarily get more than what I need.
The serum comes with a pump, which I appreciate!
The toner is quite runny, but it actually feels a little thicker than your average toner. Somewhat like a watery gel type of texture.
The serum is white in color, and very thick! Looks more like a cream compared your typical clear serum. However, it doesn’t feel heavy whatsoever. It sinks into the skin quite quickly.
These smell somewhat fresh and clean. It reminds me of flowers, but its not overpowering. There is hibiscus extract in the ingredients, but I’m not sure if that’s what I’m smelling. There is also fragrance in the ingredients of both products, so keep that in mind.
Essentially my face just looks moisturized. Both products sink into the skin quickly. I actually don’t look glowy. I feel like this product moisturizes deep into the skin, hence it doesn’t give a dewy look.
It feels very cooling and refreshing on the skin every time I’ve used this.
I’ve used the toner for roughly 6-7 weeks. I’ve only used the serum for a 4-5 weeks. This is why its more of a first impressions rather than review. I do want to give this more time to be fair.
I bought this line hoping it would be beneficial for my dehydrated/oily skin.
One thing I’ve noticed lately is that on days I stay home and don’t wear makeup, my face doesn’t get shiny during the day. I’ve used other toners and moisturizers in the mornings, but I don’t think they truly hydrated my skin like these products do. I feel like the It’s Skin Hyaluronic Acid products hydrated deep into the surface which is important.
As for skincare preparation before makeup, I think this helped my makeup application process because my skin is getting the proper hydration it needs without feeling heavy on my face. Because of how easily these products sink into the skin, I don’t need to worry about my makeup clumping up.
However, my face still gets oily when I wear makeup(or at least medium/full coverage). I just think that’s due to my face not being able to breathe because of the coverage.
The toner itself is probably the best hydrating toner I’ve used so far. It has helped the surface of my skin feel smoother. I will probably look for other hydrating toners because of my inner skincare junkie self, but I think this toner is great so far!
The serum is very confusing because of the texture. It is thicker than an emulsion. I feel like its more of a moisturizer than a serum. Its not a bad product. I actually like using this under my makeup because of how lightweight, yet hydrating it is. It gives the extra hydration my skin needs on top of the toner.
I think these are a great duo, and I don’t think I’ll invest in the emulsion since they’re both great together!

It's Skin Is The Brand That Convinced Me To Give K-Beauty Another Chance
Confession time: I never really got into K-Beauty. My beauty routine is way too time-consuming as it is to add even more steps to it. I've dabbled here and there, as I'm a sucker for cute packaging and a sheet mask, but I've yet to find a brand to convince me.
When beauty insider fave BeautyMART (who was well-known for having crystal ball-like vision for spotting trends) launched Korean brand It’s Skin a few years ago, I was intrigued. The cult Cookie & Hand Cream became one of my desk staples, and It’s Skin have recently caught my attention again.

At certain points in my cycle my skin just doesn’t want to work with me and this vitamin B6-enriched formula came to the rescue at just the right time. It promises to help balance skin and sebum production but crucially, it kept enough moisture in my skin too. If you’re following a K-beauty skincare routine, you’ll want to apply this serum day or night, after washing your face and applying your hydrating toner, then follow up with your moisturizer (and sunscreen) of your choice.
Power 10 Formula Ginko Leaf Water Moisture Replenishing & Soothing Facial Serum
Dry, dehyrated skin? The Power 10 Formula Ginko Leaf Water Moisture Replenishing & Soothing Facial Serum is going to be one you want to add to your skin arsenal. This hydrating serum combines Ginkgo leaf water and Tremella mushroom extract, two ingredients widely used for their moisture boosting and anti-aging powers. Cookie & Cream Hand Cream
I'm a hand cream connoisseur and I wasn't convinced that this adorable packaging would contain a cream that's rich enough for me. I was wrong. Full disclosure, mint chocolate chip is my favorite flavor ice-cream so the scent alone was pretty game-changing for me.
The real surprise here is the consistency, it's much lighter than I usually go for but it managed to keep my hands hydrated for hours without any stickiness. Seriously impressed. Plus, it seriously smells like mint chocolate chip ice cream, so I truly have to give it 10/10.
Power10 Formula VE Glow Sheet Mask
Sheet masks aren't made equally and I have zero patience for navigating drips and masks that are too big. Goldilocks would agree with me that this one is 'just right'. The material is thick enough to absorb the nourishing essence and clung to my face to allow the formula to really get to work. Speaking of the formula, this mask is formulated with vitamin E, a rich antioxidant that helps protect your skin against environmental stressors. If you want an extra special treat, wear your sheet mask in the shower—the steam may help the sheet mask essence penetrate more deeply, resulting in super soft skin.
Tiger Cica Calming Serum
Cica, also known as Centella Asiatica, is a super popular ingredient that's taken the K-beauty world by storm. It's a multi-use plant extract known for it's hydrating, skin soothing, anti-inflammatory properties. Tigers have been known to roll around in this healing plant to help soothe their wounds, which is where you get the name "tiger" in the name of the serum. This serum rescued my skin from the after effects of a recent trip to NYC, dry air, and one too many bagels.
Power10 Face Cleansing Foam GF Hydrating
Moisturizing gel cleansers are just what my skin needs in the morning and thanks to the foaming action a little blob of this goes a long way. It gave my skin a thorough but gentle cleanse without leaving it feeling stripped or annoyingly squeaky clean. And the best part? At just $13, you don't have to worry about breaking the bank.
Macaron Lip Balm in Pineapple
I have a soft spot for pineapple flavored things. There was a limited edition tropical milkshake at McDonald's when I was a child and I've been chasing that high ever since. I was sold as soon as I got hold of this patisserie-inspired packaging, but one sniff and I was hooked. Pineapple addiction aside, this is a seriously good balm—one that keeps lips pillow soft overnight.
