I need your help.
Due to premenopause and an antidepressant I was given for nerve pain. I’ve lost so much hair.
I’ve always loved to have different hairstyles and highlights and lowlights. I was never scared to try something new.
People would tell me I was brave having different hairstyles. I would always say “it’s just hair, it will grow back”
Well it’s not growing back.
I believed in trying new things and having fun with my hair.
I never did anything too crazy with the chemicals because I didn’t want to damage my hair, plus my hairdresser wouldn’t let me.
Well now as I sit here with extremely thin hair on top.
I haven’t been to the hairdressers in almost 6 months.
I’m so depressed and self conscious now.
I rarely leave my house unless it’s for work.
I have MS and that may contribute to my hair loss as well and my very stressful job.

Cindy, I truly understand how hard it is to see your hair falling, I also suffered from falling hair more than once in my life. As mentioned in my review that you have read earlier, medication could ruin your hair, still, there is a good chance that you recover and get your hair back.
You should understand that STRESS is so bad for your overall health, including your hair and skin, so you should try to be more optimistic, and try to relax from now and then. I understand you could be in pain, but you should always see the glass half full.
Being positive in your life is so important, this is something I have learned after suffering from depression, you know, medications can never do wonders if you did not believe in yourself.
I think you should talk about your hair problem with your doctor, maybe he/she could switch medications for less harmful ones.
To answer your question about biotin, I am currently taking Zenwise Labs Hair Growth vitamins, this contains both biotin, and a variety of vitamins, so I would save some money, and get both without taking too many pills every day.
My hair stopped falling after using it, same as for the other multivitamins that I reviewed on my blog, but as mentioned before, Zenwise Labs Hair Growth vitamin saves money, too. It will take a few months to see your hair growing longer as hair normally grows by around half an inch per month, so be patient.

Something else that you should do is that you should wash your hair regularly, I usually do every other day, because oily scalp may cause oil to clog pores and weaken your hair.
