  • It may irritate your mouth.
  • You can’t use it when you’re drinking, eating, talking, or sleeping.

It’s possible that some users may experience irritation in their mouth. This could go away after you get used to the product. If it does not, stop using it.

Yes, these strips are very safe. They slide easily into your mouth and are hypoallergenic and gluten-free. The only risk is some slight mouth irritation.

You can buy this product on the manufacturer’s official website. You can also get it through an AngelLift certified dentist. The Basic Kit costs $72 at the moment that has been reduced from $126. It includes two strips, a mirrored case, and a lip enhancing serum.

There’s also an Essentials Kit, which is a 3-step system, for $119 reduced from $189. It includes two strips, a mirrored case, a lip enhancing serum, an oil-free lifting serum, and 16 facial towelettes.

The Solution PH Kit is a complete skincare system for the price of $89 reduced from $169. It includes two strips, a travel tube, 16 towelettes for use with a PH serum, and PH solution.

There are two strips included. You place one in your mouth, facing outward. It goes under the upper or lower lip, along the gum line, and above the teeth. The strip fits in your mouth very easily. Only wear one at a time, once a day. Alternate between the upper and lower lip. Keep your mouth closed and relaxed for half an hour, then remove it. Do not eat, drink, talk, or sleep while the strip is inserted. After a month, begin using it once a week.

It may be a little awkward at first, but it becomes much more comfortable with time. If you experience irritation, try wearing it for a shorter time for a few days and work back up to half an hour a day.

AngelLift Dermastrips will begin to produce visible results within 30 days of use. Of course, the results you see will depend on factors such as your age, the condition of your skin, how well you eat, and many more variables. There are a few specific behaviors that will substantially reduce the effects of Dermastrips, including smoking, straws, hot drinks, and chemical cleansing. Smoking affects the elasticity of the skin and creates muscle tension around the lower face affecting the look of the lips. Straws can embed muscle memory and create lower facial wrinkles. Drinking hot liquids like coffee and tea cause a lip pursing effect, which increases muscle tension. Lastly, using facial cleansers that contain either alcohol or soap may reduce the results you see since both have been directly linked to premature aging.

Key formulation

AngelLift is said to replace the need for cosmetic injections to lift out lower facial lines and repair lip shape. But how exactly do AngelLift Dermastrips work?

The science behind the AngelLift products is based on pressure. The concept is similar to how we straighten teeth and expand the palate; continued pressure can completely alter our oral cavity. AngelLift Dermastrips use pressure focused under either lip to provide anti-aging cosmetic effects. By lifting through pressure, collagen and tissue growth is stimulated. Lower facial volume is achieved or restored, and this volume decreases aging lines and restores lip contours. The longer the pressure is applied, the greater the cosmetic change.

So if the longer your apply the pressure, the better results you’ll get, you may be wondering if you have to wear AngelLift Dermastrips all day. Interestingly, the brand only recommends to wear Dermastrips 10 to 30 minutes per day. A good time to wear your AngelLift Dermastrips is when you are relaxing, like watching TV, checking your email, reading a book, or bathing. It’s important to note that you should never use Dermastrips if you are drinking, eating, talking or sleeping.

The formulation behind the brand’s facial moisturizer Dermasome includes wheat germ extract, seaweed extract, sunflower extract, and hyaluronic acid. Wheat germ extract contains plenty of beneficial nutrients to restore and soften the skin. Seaweed extract helps to bind water to the skin and thereby increase skin hydration. Sunflower extract is rich in polyphenols and other types of antioxidants that help the skin combat free radicals, the unstable molecules that contribute to the formation of premature wrinkles and fine lines on the skin. Hyaluronic acid is an exceptional ingredient for adding hydration to the skin. It draws in moisture from the environment and can hold up to 1,000 times its weight in water. Hyaluronic acid may also help to temporarily plump the skin and reduce signs of aging.

AngelLift offers another version of Dermasome called Dermasome Collagen. It has the same formulation as the original Dermasome with the addition of collagen. The brand claims that it provides “the benefits of collagen to help lift and firm skin”. However, this is not accurate. It’s true that collagen is responsible for keeping the skin strong and firm, but topical application of collagen does not result in anti-aging effects. Collagen is a very large, complex protein with a molecular weight around 15,000 to 50,000 dalton molecules. This means that the collagen protein is too large to penetrate the upper layers of skin because of the 500 Dalton Rule. The 500 Dalton Rule states that the molecular weight of a compound must be under 500 dalton to allow skin absorption. Ultimately, this means that topically applied collagen will not make your skin firmer or supplement any loss of collagen that occurs with age. Rather, the collagen protein will sit on top of the skin and provide moisturization, but that’s about it.

Has anyone tried AngelLift Dermastrips for plumping out the mouth?

My lips aren’t unusually think but they are not very impressive either. I would like to have bigger, plumper lips but in a safe way that guarantees good results. I have heard very nice things about AngelLift Lip Enhancement. Lips like Angelina Jolie? Yes, I want them. Before I order this, I would like to hear from people who have tried it before though. Is it worth the money? How well does it really work? The reviews are good, but hearing from someone more personally is better. I would like to hear about any side effects you had too.

Have considered AngelLift Lips myself. Go read the reviews at Amazon and that will stop you dead in your tracks. The vast majority of the customers who took the time to leave a review left negative feedback: waste of money, didn’t work at all, package contained less strips than promised. I understand there is no evidence that it does work. If you consider user experience evidence, which I do, there is plenty of evidence that AngelLift Lips does not work. There are plenty of other methods for filling out the lips that do work, so skip this one.

So, I looked this up. Never tried these lip enhancement plastic things mind you. Maaaaaan, we had this last month. Well, not this, but similar enough. Nose Magic it’s called. Devices that are supposed to shape your bodily parts into different shapes don’t work, folks. They can never, ever achieve a permanent result and most likely you will just be wasting your money, or if you are unlucky you may actually injure yourself. Why not stick to the tried and tested methods, like fillers or those collagen creams you can get? That’s a much better option, if you are already gonna be spending your money, you know?

AngelLift Dermastrips, that is what they are called, correct? I had personally never heard of this product before this thread was started. I did look at the website. Though the manufacturer says that the product has been clinically tested and it even comes with a money-back guarantee, I am skeptical. If moisturizing your face with a deep moisturizer and placing a plastic strip inside your mouth was all it took to reduce wrinkles and achieve plumper lips, I am sure more people would have heard about this product by now. It is simply unlikely that these strips work.

I have looked into AngelLift dermastrips but decided not to buy them in the end, for several reasons. I couldn’t find much information about the company itself, I couldn’t find the clinical studies they claim to have conducted that prove the product works, and there are some customer reviews that say that the dermastrips did not work after the customers tried the strips. I sometimes take positive results with a pinch of salt given the possibility that company-hired people are providing them, but negative reviews are always easier to take at face value. I don’t see why anyone would leave a negative review for no reason.

So my sister got these. I laughed at her when I heard that she bought them and laughed even harder when I saw them in action. Strangely enough, AngelLift has numerous positive reviews in many places around the web, which, no matter how strange the technique sounds of course causes many people to want to buy them. I’m sorry to have to offer a second-hand bad review, but although my sis still hasn’t given up on the strips and is still faithfully using them, I can tell you with absolute certainty that after two months of using this AngelLift stuff for half an hour every single day, nothing about my sister’s looks has changed. I can’t say that I am surprised because the whole idea makes no sense from a scientific viewpoint.

Can I ask how long you have been using AngelLift so far? I’m wondering whether I should get this but I’m torn, because I’m skeptical about the possibility that they will actually work, so your review helps with this. Putting them in the same spot after using them will probably help with the loss problem :). Like on top of the washing machine, or something (if your washing machine is in the bathroom). As for the strips, is there any way to make those yourself rather than buying them again and again?

Is There Anything Else You Should Know About AngelLift?

Apart from the benefits already mentioned, AngelLift’s brand claims that their product;

  • Lasts longer than injections
  • Safer than surgery and
  • Is more effective than serums
