SPRCTPP’s goal is to coordinate a Ramsey County-wide effort and work with a coalition of community organizations to address the disparities of adolescent pregnancy and prevent and reduce the incidence of adolescent pregnancies.
SPRCTPP is now being coordinated directly by Saint Paul Ramsey County Department of Public Health.
